I can't sign in to the app

If you're having trouble signing in to the app or your points are displaying incorrectly, make sure you're using the email address you initially registered to Goody with. 

You can only use one email address to earn points on, so make sure you haven't registered with multiple emails. You may have another account which has been misspelt. If you're unsure just email us at support@goodycard.co.nz

Try resetting your password first either in the app or by following this link

Log back into the app using your registered email and your newly created password. 

If you receive an alert message "your email address does not exist", then it's likely you've registered using a misspelt email address. You will need to link your current card account or contact us to help guide you.
