Did you know you can prevent customers from scanning their Goody Card, if your business is closed or operates during unusual hours? 

How to stop scans after hours: 

This features means that if a customer tries to earn points when they scan after hours, a staff member will need to authorise this scan transaction.

To set this up: 

1. Log in to the merchant centre

2. Go to 'Settings', then scroll down to the 'Scan Restrictions' page. 

3. Go to the drop down and select 'Always'. This will mean that staff will need to authorise each and every scan after hours. You can also select 'Within', which requires scans authorisation while the business is in operation.
