I’ve missed out on points in store:
Points are usually unique to each store. If you think you’ve missed points, then you need to visit the store and mention this to the store manager or business owner. Only the manager can issue you more points for your visit.
The business manager can gift your points, by scanning their manager's card, looking for your account and adding 'bonus points'. They may require proof of purchase.
If the business manager is unaware how to issue you more points, then ask them to contact Goody support.
