Why aren't my points showing on the website?
If your points aren’t showing up on the website, then you will need to check:
- You’re logged in using the correct email you registered with
- You don’t have multiple Goody accounts
- You are sure that you scanned your card at the business
If you can’t see your points, try refreshing the web page.
If after that, you still can’t see your points, then you will need to contact our support team.
