The tablet was offline and I couldn’t earn points?
When the business loses Internet connection it can bump our tablets offline. By default, the tablet should revert to it's 4G connection.
Your points will still be accumulated, despite the tablet being offline. Once it reconnects, your points should display on the tablet, your account and via the mobile app.
If the tablet wasn’t available at the time, then you will need to revisit the merchant first and enquire with a proof of purchase.
If you still can’t get your points added, then contact Goody support with your proof of purchase.
