I signed up with the wrong email address

If you have signed up with the wrong email address, then follow the steps below. 

The next time you visit a store and see the tablet:

  1. Scan your card
  2. The tablet will ask you ‘is your email correct’?
  3. Select ‘NO’ and edit your email.

That’s it!

Please note this will only work for users that have not verified their email address. If the email has already been verified, then you will need to change your email address or send us an email at support@goodycard.co.nz with your incorrect email and the correct email address and we'll make the necessary changes for you
