Why aren’t my points showing on the app?
If your points aren't showing up on the application, but you've scanned your card, try refreshing your app.
You can do this by:
1. Dragging your finger down the screen
2. You should see a spinning circle.
3. When the app is refreshed, then you should see your points balance, under "My Businesses"
If this doesn't work, please log out of the app and log back in.
