Why aren’t my points showing on the app?

If your points aren't showing up on the application, but you've scanned your card, try refreshing your app.

You can do this by:

1. Dragging your finger down the screen where it says ‘Me’

2. You should see a spinning circle.

3. When the app is refreshed, then you should see your points balance, at all the businesses you scanned at.
