How to add/set up a staff card
Creating a staff card is simple.
It can only be done by someone with access to the merchant centre. If you don't have access, please contact support.
What are staff cards?
Staff cards can be used to access the back-end of the tablet. Staff cards can be used to bonus points, remove transactions and access visitor analytics.

To create a staff card, please follow these steps:
1. Pick up a new Goody Card
2. Sign in to the merchant centre. You will need access to PC or laptop. To sign in, please visit the business pages of our website
3. After you sign in, on the left hand sign, click "staff"
4. At the top, click "Add Staff Card"
5. Enter the card number, of the card you picked up
6. Click "Add Staff Card"
7. Click "Edit Card" to add your staff details
8. Enter the staff details. Select which store this is for. The card can be used for multiple stores or just one. Be sure to include their first name, last name and email address.
9. Click "Update Staff Details"
10. You will now be able to see the new card, listed in the "staff card list"
11. That's it!
