Members having issues with redeeming a reward

Make sure that your Wi-Fi is connected! If you have a restriction which requires member accounts to be verified, un-verified accounts may not be able to redeem.

To change these settings you will need to visit the Merchant Centre > Settings > Device Settings

 

What is a verified Goody Account? 

A verified Goody account, means that the Goody email address the account is linked to, has been email verified. 

Why we ask for email verification? 

If a user is not email verified, then it poses a risk if the card is lost. We request the user is email verified, so we have an accurate account of which email has redeemed a reward.
