Checking your customer redeems over a period
You can check your customer scans, redeems, and point balances by logging in as your store on the Merchant Centre.
Step 1: Checking the total redeems
If you wanted to check the customer redeems for a month which has passed (we will use May 2018 as an example), the first thing you need to do is hover over the 'Reports' tab and select 'Store Overview'. From here you can change the date range for your search.
Step 2: Going through your customer transactions
Now hover back over the 'Reports' tab and select 'Store Overview'. Your date range should already be entered from step 1, so simply click on your store.
Under 'Store Transactions' select a date range from the first of the month you wish to retrieve data for, to the first of the following month. For example, if you wanted to view the customer redeems for May 2018, you would select 01-05-2018 to the 01-06-2018
Step 3: Viewing the transaction data
Any points redeemed will show as a negative amount
