Store no longer accepts Goody

If you're reading this article, chances are that you've collected some points at a store which no longer uses the Goody Card system. 

We always advise our merchants about the importance of sending out an email to all their customers, to let them know if they are closing or plan to no longer use the Goody Card system. This allows valued customers to get a chance at redeeming points which they have earned.

Unfortunately, some stores do not send out this announcement which results in unhappy customers :(

We always have our merchant and customers best interest in mind, however, we cannot pursue this issue further for our customers if the merchant is no longer with us.

In cases like this, send the store an email with your concern and you should get an answer back from them regarding the outcome. Hopefully, they are understanding and offer some kind of compensation.
