How to register a staff card to an existing email address


Creating a staff card is simple. 

It can only be done by someone with access to the merchant centre. If you don't have access, please contact support. 

What are staff cards? 

Staff cards can be used to access the back-end of the tablet. Staff cards can be used to bonus points, remove transactions and access visitor analytics. 

Staff cards can be added in two ways, using a card if you already have an email registered in the Merchant Centre. If not you will first need to set up an email address.

To create a staff card with a card number, please follow these steps: 

1. Pick up a new Goody Card

2. Sign in to the merchant centre. You will need access to PC or laptop. To sign in, please visit the business pages of our website

3. After you sign in, click the "Staff" tab

4. Click on the Email which you wish to register the staff card to. If you have a store email it should show up in this list

5. Click on the "Cards" tab and then click "+Assign Card"

6. Enter the Card Number at the back of the Goody Card, and click "Add card"

7. This card should show up as "Verified" 

8. You can click the "Action" button to "Disable" and "Unassign" a card too

9. Click "Update Staff Details"

10. You will now be able to see the new card, listed in the "staff card list"

11. That's it!
