Setting up the staff and customer screen on twin tablets (multi-device mode)
If you are reading this article you may have noticed that both your Staff facing and Customer facing screens are now the same - here's how to pair your devices
*note: You will need to set up the staff tablet and customer tablet individually
(1) Tap 'Tap to scan' and scan your staff card
(2) Tap 'Dashboard'
(3) On the right-hand side tap the orange settings wheel/cog
(4) Tap 'Multi-device Settings'
If you are setting up the staff facing tablet, tap 'Paired-Staff facing' if you are setting up the customer facing tablet, tap 'Paired-Customer facing' and tap 'Finish'
Make sure to repeat the process on both the staff and customer tablets to get them working in sync
