Correcting or changing an email address

If you've incorrectly entered a customers' email address, or the customer has requested to have their email changed, you can do this via the Merchant Centre. 

Prerequisites: The Account cannot be 'Verified'

 

Step 1: 

Click on Customers and search for the incorrect email. Then click on the email you wish to change.

 

Step 2:

Click Fix Email

 

Step 3:

Type in the correct email address, and click Fix account

 

Step 4:

The customer will now be emailed a verification email, which they will need to complete
